2. Information Collection from Children Under 13.
EMN does not permit children under the age of 13 to participate in its network. If EMN obtains any subscription profile/s, containing personal information from a person EMN knows to be under the age of 13, EMN will immediately delete such information.
3. Who Collects and Maintains the Information.
EMN collects and stores personal information you provide while offering feedback regarding our site. EMN may use the information you provide about yourself to respond to your feedback, conduct research, advertise, promote events, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients. In addition, advertisers may collect personally identifiable information explicitly provided by consumers for the purposes including the purchase of goods and services, order shipments and sweepstakes entry. Personally identifiable information collected by advertisers is subject to the privacy policies of those individual advertisers.
4. How We Share the Information Streaming media offers customized programs that attract specific audiences.
EMN's integrated PEEPS advertising is designed to deliver advertisements tailored to specific audiences. Summary reports or aggregate usage and user information is provided to advertisers. PEEPS provides their advertisers with advertising effectiveness reports that include summaries of which network affiliates have played their advertising campaigns. Advertises may use the information to determine advertiser's audience reaches and effectiveness. These reports do not include any personally identifiable information and PEEPS does not provide these reports to a one other than EMN (network affiliates), and advertisers.
5. Choice EMN believes that consumers should have notice and choice regarding the collection and use of their information.
EMN has posted this privacy policy to alert you to the fact that we do share information with PEEPS and may share limited information with others. EMN cannot control how advertisers may use any personal information that consumers provide to them when on their site. Different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the personal information you disclose to them. EMN encourages consumers to investigate and ask questions before disclosing information to any third party. In addition, advertisements may let you again access to other sites. The linked sites are not under the control of EMN and EMN does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services and content of linked sites. Visitors should consult the other site's privacy notices, as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

At this time, we do not provide site visitors with access to information that we have collected and that we maintain about them, except within the EMN space. Any information the user inputs in their Personal Profile can, at the users option, be self-edited from time to time. Hence, except as stated within the EMN space, we presently offer visitors no other ability to have factual inaccuracies corrected in information that we or our affiliated business associates maintain about them. Moreover, in the EMN space, the user self controls the information and whether such information is disclosed to third parties. As the content of the each user's EMN space is not under the control of EMN, EMN does not assume any responsibility or liability for the content and disclosure of such information to third parties.
With respect to security: We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
